Don't snack.... EVER!

Avoid snacking at all cost! Instead have fixed meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at fixed times during the day, these will regulate your body and establish good eating patterns. By snacking you are telling your body that you can eat when-ever you want, when you're tired, stressed, instead of absolutely necessary!

If you really, absolutely need to snack between meals choose healthy food like fruits instead of chips and chocolate.
